Due to rapid expansion within our business and some key clients, we are looking for a recruiter who is as interested in working in-house as a recruiting for agency roles. We work mainly in life science technology and clinical trials so a background in recruiting in either of those areas is helpful.
We aim to provide our clients with long-term recruitment partnerships. Account Management skills are important too as you will need to work closely with our clients and hiring managers.
You should be comfortable to work from home or at Client sites and be happy to attend meetings or conferences when required 9 to 5 doesn't suit our business model, therefore,being London based would be ideal for this position.
Candidate Attraction
Advertise and headhunt for candidates and match them against roles
Ensure all candidates understand the agency terms of business, to a high level of candidate satisfaction
Negotiation of rates and referencing of candidates as required
Ensure all CVs and candidate information is tracked in Bullhorn
Use of social media, job posting and searching tools and job boards to maximise auto recruitment
To support the team with their recruitment efforts, as requested
To ensure that you are up to date with recruitment tools and recruitment methodology by research and self-learning
Client/ Account Management
To maintain and develop existing client accounts, as nominated to you, with a high level of customer satisfaction
To act as an inhouse recruiter, where needed:
Coaching hiring manager
Developing long term candidate pools and hiring strategies
To deliver qualified candidates to accounts, as per the account's requirements (e.g. time to hire, candidates quality)
To work with the Managing Director (and other parties) to ensure that timesheet and billing is correct and completed to expected timelines
Business Development
To research and develop new client accounts
To work with the Managing Director to ensure that all pricing and contracts and set-up correctly
Qualifications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to recruit to targets
Clinical or IT recruitment background
Understanding of social media, job boards and up to date research techniques for recruitment
