Pop Science is delighted to partner again with our client in Chelsea to bring you this long-term contract to perm career opportunity As Global Clinical Project Manager
Candidates must be experts in clinical research and have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role. Closing date week end 27Th July , Interviews last week August 2018
This organisation focuses on Haematology and Cardiovascular projects and currently have new studies in the start-up phase with the current projects sponsored by one of the biggest names in the pharmaceutical industry.
The role provides a great opportunity to manage and develop a study team and work within global cardiovascular observational studies.
Truly exceptional candidates who are happy to be office based in Chelsea are sought for this long-term contract to perm opportunity. (We are not looking for freelance Pm's)
Global (Clinical) Project Manager will lead global study management teams, ensure studies are planned and implemented to the highest standards, in compliance with ICH-GC guidelines, SOPs and all applicable regulatory guidelines.
Here is a snapshot of what you will be doing:
- Define and monitor project scope, timelines and deliverables from project initiation to close out. Ensure project plan aligns with contract requirements, and address any reconciliation required
- Study oversight and status reporting study targets discussed as agreed includes the development of study timelines, communication, risk and quality plans, team training and oversight
- Schedule, plan for and document regularly scheduled project team meetings. Assess project issues, propose resolutions to the project team, management and Steering Committee as necessary, and then track implementation of resolution through to completion.
- Ensure the overall quality of project services and deliverables by documenting project/clinical trial progress to ensure completeness of documentation and data collection, management of supplies and resources in adherence with the project timelines, budgets and quality standards including central laboratory (if applicable) and contract/academic research organisations
- Responsible for maintenance of TMF
- Accountable for the status of study/studies communicate regularly with study team and management and that unresolved issues are escalated appropriately
- preparation of site agreements, contracts, and financial/site payment tracking during study conduct
- Protocols developed in conjunction with Chief Operating Officer and Investigators
You should recognise yourself here:
- Proven clinical trials project management and leadership experience
- Life science degree - Excellent organisational and presentation skills -Line management and Supervisory experience -Practical coaching/training experience
- 4 years in Regional Clinical Project Management role
- Proven ability to develop and update working practices
- Flexible and effective project management, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong experience overseeing outsourced CRO work
- Understanding of cardiovascular disease and treatment
