Quality Assurance Manager Paris
Pop Science is delighted to offer the position of Quality Assurance Manger to be based with our client in Paris, you would be joining a team of highly qualified specialists in health sciences delivering the best-quality results who offer a high level of availability to meet- and exceed the needs of their customers.

You are an experienced Quality Assurance Manager who'd like to be a critical part of a dynamic European company in the fields of Consultancy, Clinical Evaluation, Health Economics and Apps Development in Health Industry.
You will work with all the departments of the company to achieve both the quality and profitability goals. You will also ensure all quality systems comply with customer, safety and other appropriate regulatory standards.
Here's an snap shot of what you will be doing :
- Continue development of the company's quality system
- Develop, implement and maintain quality management system to assure and support compliance to regulations
- Manage responses for customer related quality issues including failure analysis, corrective actions, etc... in conjunction with other functional areas as required
- Oversee and ensure effectiveness of a comprehensive audit program. Facilitate internal and external audits, and manage audits of the company by a third party (notified bodies, regulatory agencies, customer's representatives, etc)
- Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards
- Execute the management review process, including reporting for all key quality system related performance indicators
- Develop and maintain company SOPs
- Manage documentation systems
- Foster the improvement in performance and quality to maximize profitability
- Other responsibilities as they may be assigned
You should recognize yourself here:
- Master's degree or greater and minimum 5 years of quality management experience
- CAPA management experience is a must
- Quality auditing experience - exposure to internal and external audits
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14155:2011, ICH-GCP
- In depth knowledge of risk analysis tools
- Proven ability to effectively participate on multi-disciplinary teams
- Well-organized and detailed oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very Good understanding of European Regulations (clinical evaluation in Human, data protection, anti-bribery, etc …)
- Good understanding of IS development and IT security management tools
- Fluent in the French and English languages
- Willingness to travel as required
